[Spoiler Alert] The short answer is: generally, yes – especially from an environmental perspective. But eating a plant-based diet isn't a cure-all – they come with their own ecological and social challenges which we need to be aware of when choosing our plant-based alternatives. . But for those who can't or don't want to remove animal products from their diets completely, reducing our consumption of animal products is still the most efficient way to cut our environmental footprint.
